  My experience with Bogin, Munns & Munns and attorney Steve Young dates back several months. I paid an initial retainer of approximately $1,960 and had a brief in-office consultation lasting around 30–45 minutes. After the initial review, it was determined that the matter could not proceed due to a documentation/eligibility issue on my side. I was informed that a portion of the retainer would be refunded. Approximately $1,150 was later returned, and about $810 was retained by the firm. At the time of the refund, I did not receive an itemized billing statement or a detailed breakdown of the work performed. I was told that internal review and research had been conducted, but no detailed time records or invoice were provided. This review simply reflects my personal experience regarding communication and billing transparency during the initial phase of representation.
