  I cannot recommend Keeley Karatinos enough. For years, my mentally ill and developmentally disabled ward was denied the services and support she desperately needed because of an unfair criminal history that continued to overshadow her true mental health needs and disabilities. As a Professional Guardian, I felt hopeless after being denied time and time again. Hiring Keeley changed everything. She fought tirelessly for my ward with compassion, professionalism, and a true understanding of the system. She never gave UP or backed DOWN! Keeley saw beyond the labels and history and advocated for the person underneath — someone deserving of dignity, support, and proper care. Because of her dedication and expertise, my ward was finally approved for APD (Adult Persons with Disabilities) placement and will now receive the mental, physical, and developmental services she has been denied her entire life.
