- RMRay MFeb 16, 20264.0Update, I finally did hear back from aMs. Andrea who was very attentive and professional. She took good noted and said she would share my information with an attorney. She then called me back early the next day. The news was not what I wanted to hear but at least they didn't leave me waiting like other attorney firms. It just wasn't the type of cases that fall under their area of work. But I did appreciate her responsiveness and level of professionalism and promptness in getting back to me. Thanks again.
