  We Moved to Florida 3 years ago and needed to update fairly simple estate plan . Joan Henry and firm did a thorough job with all details and Florida specific law . Joan kept the process simple and extremely informative . I encourage anyone updating estate plan or will to call Joan Henry . The rates were very reasonable.   My husband and I have recently resolved a long case with the help of Lusk, Drasites, and Tolisano. Our main attorney was Trisha Ryan. Our case turned out to be long and difficult. Through it all we were treated with upmost respect and caring. EVERYONE, from front desk receptionist to the top owners of the company made us feel we were important, not just a lowly Client. They are all very knowledgeable and caring. Trisha was our main person, but Mark was very helpful and involved also. I know Vince also helped. I felt like we had an entire wonderful TEAM working together for us. I would definitely recommend this organization to anyone who finds themselves in a situation to need legal help. They are extremely knowledgeable, as well as very kind and caring! A+ rating!

  I'll start off by saying that no one wants to think about the inevitable, the fact that one out of every one person dies. When a person dies without having left a will, it immediately becomes a disservice to that person who is expected to handle what is left. I think the majority of the people think that leaving a will has to do with leaving a tremendous amount of money, stocks and bonds, property and/or Valuables upon their death. That couldn't be farther from the truth for most of us. I'm 82 years old. I have no great amount of money in the bank, no stocks and bonds, I do not own a home or property. Having a will at the time of my death insures that my 5 children will not be spending months and maybe years in a courtroom. I chose this particular attorney group because I had inquired around asking who could best handle my needs, although at the time , I wasn't even sure I needed their help. I called their office and was given an appointment in a timely manner. The day of the appointment I was ushered into an office and met by an attorney. She had been briefed as to my reason for being there and also, the fact that even though I don't have much, I knew I was doing the right thing , asking them to draw up a will for me. The respect and courtesy with which I was treated made me feel like I was the most important person in town. Everyone was very courteous , and I was not rushed through the process. The attorney went through everything on every page of my will to make certain that every piece of information was absolutely correct. If anybody was to ask me for the name of an attorney group that could handle any legal matter for them, not just the will, I would not hesitate to recommend Lusk, Drasites and Tolisano.

  Our Experience with LDT was wonderful. We had no idea what entailed finalizing our wills. Joan explained everything from A-Z. The firm took care of all of our needs and some. I would recommend them immensely if you need any legal advice. Professional from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.. they truly care and it shows.. thank you….

You're most often greeted on the phone or at the counter by Olinda Hernandez, who is most efficient and personable. They have a Bilingual Legal Assistant available, which was most assuring for my wife.
