  Mr William Shaffer at Knowles, Bouziane & Shaffer Law, LL is an excellent probate lawyer who has knowledge in many facets of the law. I can not say enough good things about how he handled my mother's estate. I was always welcomed by the lovely women up front named Lou. He found solutions for several problems that came up during the probate case. He is honest, fair and leads with integrity. Mr Shaffer will be empathetic to your loss when he is instructing you on the parts of the law you need to know when going through probate and dealing with difficult decisions you will have to make. I highly recommend him if you need a probate lawyer!

  My family found themselves in a very difficult situation. We were referred to Atty. David Bouziane by Lutheran Services. In fact he was our only choice as no other Office would accept our case. It was the best turn events that could have ever happened! Attorney Bouziane returned our call within two hours. We met by the end of the week and we explained our case. He immediately understood the dynamics of our situation laid out a few examples of his experience in these type of cases and provided a glimpse of the path forward. Attorney Bouziane quoted the cost for this service. Everything progressed as he said it would. He followed through at every turn and called to check on the family throughout the process. Attorney Bouziane has a genuine compassion for his clients, puts you at ease and went above and beyond in our case.

  Extremely unprofessional. He is my families estate attorney. I called this morning to request a copy of the will and trust because mine is packed up in a box and I don’t have access to it. He said “that is not my duty to do so and you need to find a way to gain access to it” and he HUNG UP ON ME AND TURNED HIS PHONE OFF!!!! I have two people with me and had him on speaker. We are completely speechless. Whatever you do I highly recommend NOT HIRING HIM!
