  Worse experience ever ! Got referred by Car World dealership, I’ve been having to contact my attorney and get status information. I have to constantly call to make them do their job. Still haven’t received me or my children’s settlement. Very disappointed and I do not recommend them at all !! They collect a percentage of your money just to sit on their butts and do NOTHING !!! Maybe once I’m offered my money I’ll feel better but this whole experience has been a headache !

  jerry was a big help when it came to getting the check to me in the quickest way and his communication was the best and very understanding joana helped me out alot with the amount by negotiating all the bills to be lowered and it made a big difference with the amount i am receiving within the check

  Terrible I had a car accident 2024 ended up in the hospital many fractures and a few surgeries they told me the that insurance max is 15k and they couldn’t do any thing else for me and then took almost half I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to them

  I have a career when I was 26 years old my father passed away from colon cancer and AIDS I was stuck with medical bills and bills from the IRS due to the fact that I trusted someone to do my taxes and they screwed up I owed the IRS $7,000 I amended my taxes and it dropped to $4,000 I did not want to touch my savings so I applied at a strip club and I danced day shifts. In June of 2023 there was a man on the road he had road rage I parked my car and he drove his car purposely into my car unfortunately the police officers from Whittier did a horrible job they did not give me a police report they gave me a incident report that's just pretty much gives you the information of the other person. I went to a body shop where I found Haidar Ali Awads business card. I'm at him in person June of 2023 I clearly told him eye to eye I have a bad experiences with attorneys before and he needs to be upfront with me I told him I did not have a police report and I showed him the exchange paper they gave me he took the paper looked at it and said I could work with this we will take it to litigation we don't need a police report. So this case begins June of 2023 and July I was diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety he also said not to fix my car that the third party would take fall to just wait patiently so here I am making $855 car note payments for almost 20 months $20,000 down the drain the car was in the garage the entire time not just that I had to pause a car broker business that I had just started I was supposed to make $20,000 a month I lost over $200,000 he also promised me that I would get $120,000 I did not receive any of that anyway moving forward fast around April of 2024 he decided he didn't want a police report I called what your police from June all the way to December twice a week and 2024 it was a nightmare the officer kept telling me that David the person who hit me was not responding so due to this I had to continue to make car notes on a car I couldn't drive and every time I try reaching out to hater he would never answer his phone he would just say text me every time I try to visit my case manager which I had about eight different case managers they wouldn't let me come to the office I knew something was wrong. They always called me with a different attorney a different shark being very aggressive and just closing me out trying to answer all my questions over the phone and then he would ask me the last question so are you coming in tomorrow they really didn't want me to come in. December24 they told me they were going to just drop my case all this time I wasted and in the end I asked him for my case number they didn't even have a case number for me be careful ladies he will not take you serious if you know what you're talking about he wants submissive people I was also discriminated due to the fact that I was working at the strip club as a dancer friends and Ladies If you are a dancer if you work at a club this man will not be professional he will not take you serious. I also mentioned to him that I was raped by myself manager and if he had an attorney that could help me he said he would send me the information of an attorney he said it's going to cost you a lot of money I said that's fine I was willing to pay for it I want to Justice I was raped 20 days before I found my dad dead in my bedroom. Moving forward he never sent me the information for this attorney I was discriminated by him my situation bothered him and not just that the way he handled the whole case mind you this man knows I have PTSD he referred me to diagnosed me with this my psychologist was caught off after three sessions I didn't get the proper medical treatment a psychologist I didn't even get an MRI he just had me go to a physical therapist which didn't do anything it was their last year there they were about to retire and I forgot what else anyway long story short he almost had me stuck with the medical bills $12,000 it's like I signed up for hell to waste almost 3 years of my life to dump $20,000 down the drain to get paid no settlement no litigation
