  In the search for a local lawyer to help us begin the process of working through our parent's estate, the positive reviews of Halbert Law Offices in Fayetteville, AR stood out above the rest. We were not disappointed when it was time for our initial interview. Now several weeks later, it's been most gratifying to work with Charles "Tripp" Halbert, lead attorney and Hannah Dierks-Clark, Office Manager, as we go through this step by step process. Charles is excellent in his communication skills and is very well versed in his field of expertise. He is also patient and gives us time to ask our questions or voice our concerns. Hannah is very personable over the phone and also in her communications via e-mail with us. Her directions are very clear in stating what we need to complete, when and how. She always follows up upon receipt of legal forms returned to her. To sum up this Five Star Legal Team, "They Say what they're going to do, and They Do what they said they would do" !   Charles and Hannah went above and beyond to help me obtain a living will and power of attorney document from out of state for my dad in Fayetteville. The turnaround was so fast and they were very patient with my dad. Thank you!

  Tripp was very helpful on a 20 minute first phone call about how to deal with a piece of property I own with my daughter, in terms of dealing with/distributing the property value and ownership upon my death, or before it. He didn't charge me anything for this conversation, and it was helpful to chat through a couple of options. I would definitely use him for any paperwork I might need to file to address how to deal with this.
