  I would highly recommend using The Jackson Law Firm; Jenny Jackson! She was highly recommended to us by a few other people, so we decided to take a chance with putting our case in her hands and it was the BEST decision. Both her and her secretary were continously on top of our case the entire process. They kept communication with us every step of the way and explained each step. She has never made us feel like we were just another file or case passing by her desk. She took the time to get to know us and our goals from the very beginning. She has always been there to calm our worries and concerns. We are so excited for the future and our new beginning that both her and her staff has worked hard to make our Family's dream come true! ***With all this being said; If you are looking for an Attorney that will stand up for you by being your best advocate, who will continue communication with you, and who will work hard on your case; Then THIS is the Law Firm/ Attorney to get!

  Avoid at all costs. She’s not willing to go against what she thinks the judge will say. In other words, she made a recommendation based off what she thought her colleagues would agree with. Now thanks to her lack of a professional backbone, my kids have to continue living with a parent who has physically, emotionally abused and continues to neglect them. I have many reciepts and she told me she would respond to my emails asap barring her being in court but guess what? She replied to zero. Not to a single one. And she reportedly told my previous attorney that she didn’t feel comfortable at my exs house during her visit. Like I said, no backbone, no heart, just court appointed. If you have a choice, choose better!

  Not a neutral or unbiased ad-litem. Was not able to detect coercion. Eventually, I got my daughter back. Months of therapy revealed a lot and this could have been prevented if an honest and unbiased interview was done for both parties.
