  If you are looking at reviews trying to find the best attorney to represent you, look no further than Jared McKinney of the McKinney & McKinney Law Firm. When I needed to hire an attorney, I asked several people for recommendations and Jared McKinney's name came up time and time again. So, I hired Jared because I needed someone who was knowledgeable, well respected and would fight for me. Jared represented me for 2 separate court battles and both times I felt like he cared about me and my situation. I am happy to say that because of Jared's expertise, I won everything that I deserved in *both* of my cases! I highly recommend Jared McKinney and his paralegal, Dawn Clark, if you want an excellent legal team to represent you.

  Jared and Quincy are two of the best individuals I've ever met. They are knowledgeable not only in law, but in many areas of study. I have learned a great deal from these two remarkable men and even though they have never personally represented me, they have helped out friends of mine obtain a fair judgement. If I ever have legal questions they are the ones I consult with first.

  This was my first experience dealing with lawyers, the court system, legal terms etc.. I used Jared McKinney yo represent me in my divorce case. He and his staff did an outstanding job for me. It was a long drawn out process but Jared fought hard to do what was right in my case. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of someone to stand up and do what was right.   Quincy assisted me with a child visitation case a while back. From the beginning I felt as if he was a little impatient when hearing my case out yet I still decided to hire him because honestly I didn’t have a whole lot of time to search around. Anyways, he was very professional and so were his staff. But very expensive, it also felt as if he wasn’t very passionate about my case. They often lost proof of my payments. Probably due to the fact that there were always different people working the front office. I however was able to show proof of my payments and they were good at correcting their notes. However, there was this one time when I paid 1k in cash and they failed to keep trackof, I also didn’t receive a receipt so unfortunately I had to pay the 1k twice. Overall, in the end I didn’t get the outcome I’d hope for. I eventually had to come to an agreement with the plaintiff on my own because I felt I was getting anywhere through my lawyer and this case was going on 2 years which was very exhausting and overwhelming to deal with. My ordered child visitation court papers are so messed up. It doesn’t include birthdays, my rights as a mother, rights in case of an emergency, and a lot of other issues that are just too long to discuss. Anyways, I’m currently seeking another lawyer to have everything modified because I can’t keep living by a piece of paper that makes no sense. My advice..... don’t use this law firm
