  I was referred to Jose Felix by a family member. Was desperately seeking a new Homeowners insurance policy that is affordable. I tend to be extremely loyal and had been with the same company for approximately 14 years. Their rates had become outrageous!!! I'm also a stickler for good and (respectful) customer service. This young man was super patient with me and addressed all of my concerns and explained things to me carefully (sometimes over and over again). Did I get everything I wanted, probably not however, I think I am better off than I was with my old insurance company. (Only time will tell). All I can say is that Mr. Felix calmed my anxieties and made me feel comfortable enough to come to the decision that it was time to move on.

  I originally went for an in office visit and have found that GreatFlorida Insurance really appreciates me as a client and will do the shopping for better insurance at a better price for me year after year. Yahaira Felix is a true professional that I feel has looked out for my home insurance needs in a way that shows a true commitment to me as her client !!!

  It’s so convenient to have a great insurance agency near our neighborhood that I can talk to in person. This is not your typical home insurance agency that’s out of reach, and just email your once a year when your insurance premium goes up. As a matter of fact, I came to GreatFlorida Insurance when my rate hiked and agent Mecedes pulled up couple quotes for me quickly. I saved $$ at the end of the day. She’s very personal and professional. I got another home insurance from her when my mom purchased her home. I’m a happy returned customer and I highly recommend this agency.
