  I was met by George Serrano in the clearance area and he found exactly what I was looking for in the way of a budget twin mattress. It was reduced to clear, and is now on our trundle bed and our guests will love it. George is very friendly and engaging and I appreciate that. He is an asset to your sales team. I know, because I was in sales for 32 years.

  I needed a love seat for a small sitting room. I searched the internet, but one can’t really tell quality or color on the internet. I went to the Orem RC Willey store and with excellent help found the quality and color I wanted. Delivery was outstanding. The love seat was brought carefully into the room, unwrapped in record time, legs on and placed where I wanted it to be. Entire delivery and setup took less than 10 minutes. The delivery men were professional and polite. Thank you RC Willey for having such great people to help your customers.

  My husband and I found some really cute vintage cottage core couches on clearance I absolutely fell in love with. He has a buddy who works there and I made some new friends with the reps on the floor. We ended up choosing separate sales representatives to buy items from. I made friends with a wonderful lady named Rose. I will absolutely be coming back to buy more clearance items from her! She was so sweet and showed genuine care towards me and my son while we waited patiently for my husband. This is a great RC Willey I highly recommend checking them out.

  I am extremely disappointed with how my delivery was handled. I paid for delivery and specifically selected today’s date because it was the only day this week I could be home. Throughout the day, my delivery window was pushed back from 2:00–4:00 PM to 5:15–7:45 PM. After waiting around all day, I received a notification at 7:30 PM that my delivery had been canceled because the drivers were out of hours. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but this was clearly a scheduling issue on your end. If you know your drivers won’t be able to complete all scheduled deliveries within the required hours, customers should be notified much earlier instead of being asked to wait at home all day. When I called, I was told I was rescheduled for tomorrow, but I also explained that I won’t be home except for a short window. I asked if my delivery could be prioritized since today’s cancellation was not my fault, and I was told no guarantees could be made. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient. I’ve already been without a washing machine for a week, and now I’ve lost an entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived.

  Beautiful store with a large variety of furniture and electronics. Their displays in each area are amazing looking. The lady that helped us during their memorial day sale was very polite and friendly. Another employee that helped us with picking out a couch was very patient with us as my husband was being indecisive. The men who helped us load our furniture into our trailer was also very friendly. Overall, great store with amazing staff.
