  I wanted to write about an amazing experience that I had today with your sales associate Stefan Wells! My partner and I have been in the market for washer/dryer combo for quite some time and I tend to get overwhelmed with decisions. Stefan was knowledgeable, patient, and an overall joy to work with. He expertly provided options that allowed me to feel confidant in my purchase. He was even able to coordinate an install and delivery date that worked with our hectic schedule.Thank you Stefan, if I could give you more stars I would. You are now my go-to for all our home needs.

  I bought a refrigerator the broke in less that a year ago I went to the store for help and the cashier didn’t know anything how to do a claim she was very rude and she asked another lady that just was sitting in her desk yelling from there she could even moved to come close to teach the cashier looks like she is not happy working therehow to do it she was very unprofessional she didn’t even stand up and apologize for selling me a bad product I throw away a lot groceries that cost a lot of money I hope The CEO of RC Willey train they employees better because you know who keep you in business and pay your pay check is us the customer I was a customer there for almost 30 years and the employees years ago was better and have a wonderful customers services When they try to sell you stuff they put the moo. Down for you but is something broke is not enough help I’m very disappointed and very sad for this experience I hope to you hiring better and happy people this happened today in RCWilley in Orem

  We recently purchased a Wolf range from Rich Adams. It was a little complicated since there weren’t any in stock in the US then and we were also in the middle of a remodel. Rich was amazing to work with. He coordinated everything soo well and was so east to work with. His followup is off the charts. Whatever they pay him isn’t enough!!! If I were shopping there for anything I’d ask to work with him.

  The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because our sales rep that helped us purchase a dishwasher had thought that the dishwasher he sold us was not one that opens up at the end of the wash to vent the steam when if fact it is one of those and we have a baby that we are concerned is going to get her fingers hurt from the door being opened or the steam coming out. Luckily we think we've found a way to turn that setting off but the sales rep up sold us on a dishwasher saying the cheaper one opened up at the end of washing bit the more expensive one did not. I think the sales rep just mixed up the facts, but that's why I go to RC Willey is because I expect their people know what's going on and I trust them. I'm going to be more wary about what they say going forward. One other thing that we had a problem with was that the people that deliver the dishwasher are not the same people who install it and it took about a week for the installers to come and install the dishwasher. That wasn't communicated to us when purchasing the dishwasher, so when the delivery men told us that, we called RC Willey and the installers to get us on the schedule for the install. It felt like they only signed us up for delivery and not an installation and the installers were a little huffy about putting us on last second. We weren't trying to be mean about it, we were just confused on when everything was going to be put in. Other than that we had a great experience, the sales rep was very nice and did understand a lot about the appliances besides the one issue we had, the checkout people were very helpful to us when checking out, and we were happy with the price. They're building looks amazing and they have great food if you can get there when it's open

  I had a terrific experience with buying and the installation of a new washer and dryer from RC Willey this week. The Sales Associate, Richard Adams, took the time to find the perfect set of appliances for the space in my laundry area. Incidentally he is the same person that sold me the previous appliances 24 years ago. What a happy moment!!! The two men who installed the new washer and dryer were equally professional and pleasant and completed the installation successfully. I enjoyed interacting with them also. Thanks, RC Willey for employing such capable men! Meridene Grant
