I've been shopping here for like 20 years and today I came in with an arm injury asking for help to load up what I purchased and the two able-bodied employees I asked radioed for someone else who never came and didn't help me so I just did it myself super lame do better

This was the most frustrating customer service experience we've ever had! Our deep freezer broke. We got online to find out what was available to pick up that night. Lowe's showed 6 in stock in the Orem Utah store for the one we wanted. Went in and NO ONE would help us. We waited around for 45 min! Asked the customer desk to scan it in and let us pay for it. They said they couldn't. Only one store manager could sell appliances. And she was stocking tile. So she couldn't do it right then! We ended up going down the road to Home Depot where they sold us the floor model within 25 min. We will NEVER go to Lowe's again. Terrible. Custom service. I'm not sure how they are in business at all.

There’s an elderly lady who works at the front checkout out who’s been working there for the last 20 years or possibly even longer. She’s always been so inviting and enjoy seeing her. I remember always seeing this cashier when running to Lowe’s for pipe fittings when my grandpa was around and sadly he passed away 13 years ago and this cashier always reminded me of my visits to Lowe’s with my grandpa. I’m glad to see that Lowe’s has good employee retention program and that they hold their employees long term

I didn't want to share this publicly, but I couldn't find anywhere on the Lowe's website to leave feedback.
I generally prefer to shop at Lowe's, but yesterday I was there looking for a plumbing fitting for an emergency that I was dealing with at home - when a Lowe's employee approached me in the aisle - and rather than asking me if I needed help while i was frantically looking for the right fitting (i was literally on my knees digging thru the bins), he proceeded to pitch me about a promotion they had going for rain gutters. I didn't want to be rude so I quickly gave him my phone number and told him to contact me later. But then he asked for my email address, and then he asked me for my home address, and I just lost it at that point.
I won't be going back to Lowe's, and for their own sake, I hope they realize that its not the time for pitching promotions to customers in the aisle while they are trying to focus on what they came there for in the first place.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
