  I absolutely love this store and everyone that works here! I am constantly impressed by the knowledge of the sales team and the quality of the furniture. My parent’s furniture from here is still in great shape 20 years later. Thank you for making my furniture buying experience easy and fun compared to most furniture buying experiences I am have had in the past.

  Debbie was extremely helpful and kind. She gave us the best deal on exactly what we wanted and took the time to help us find out what would best suit our needs. She was even kind enough to let me doze off in the chair while she completed the paperwork!

  My chair came on delivery. Chair was damaged on delivery. I requested a new chair the company denied me the new chair and told me I had to proceed with repairs. Lazy boy proceeded to turn my house into a repair shop for building chairs. The technician that came did not understand components on the chair removed critical springs. He ordered parts the word delivered by mail The parts I received were lackluster to say the least. I had an entire armrest with leather that didn't fit. A new foundation for the chair that was unstained and unfinished. The expectation lazy boy has is that I call the technician to return to my home to completely tear apart my chair and rebuild it with these new shoddy components. At this point I have chalked up the chair as a loss and consider myself lucky to know that this is lazy boys policy and that I will never ever purchase another lazy boy product again in my life and I will recommend do any person that I encounter or meet with of lazy boys policies their practices of turning people's homes into chair building facilities repeated hours waiting for customer care instead of just replacing broken product. I think this company is disrespectful I think they're thieves and I think that their staff show exactly who they are after you purchase products from them. Especially broken and damaged product that representatives and staff turn on you and treat you with no dignity or no respect for your home or the money you spent with them. It is my recommendation that nobody ever buy a lazy boy product.
