  Great customer service. Sales rep was knowledgeable and responsive to our individual needs for recliners for both of us. He took the time necessary to help us find the best fit or each of us and to answer all our questions and assist us in choosing the perfect upholstery. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to our new chairs being delivered.

  Love Laz-Z-Boy in Orem. Everyone was so nice, Zach was our salesman. He was awesome, very patient with our long decision making process, answered all our questions and was very helpful, never pushy. Went in several times during the process because we couldn’t decide and would definitely go again. Plan on going when we upgrade our sofa and loveseat.

  Great experience. I called in advance to know about their inventory and what was available. We showed up and tried the chairs we were interested in, and the associates got us in and out of there within an hour without trying to upsell us. We got to take home the recliner we wanted that same day and they helped us figure out how it would fit into our car. Very pleasant experience.
