As most know when doing DIYs, there are multiple trips to hardware stores. Lowes is typically our go to. In the last few days we've taken multiple trips, engaging with a lot of different employees. Some stood out for good, and others for bad.
Marissa, while new to the Lowes team was eager to help. Her assistance brought an end to the numerous employees we asked for assistance in locating what we thought was simple, a hammer drill.
Tim was super helpful in helping locate the appliance we read about online, and then tied us in with Jared.
Lastly, Jarred. Jarred was the absolute best! The GOAT! I'm not 100% sure what section he belonged to, but his knowledge of everything was apparent. Jarred helped us select a washer and dryer. He ensured we understood the available maintenance services available in WF. After we walked out forgetting the much needed screws and anchors, Jarred was there again to assist us in selecting the items that best met what we would need. Thank you, Jarred!

Called twice to ask to speak to an associate about a mower. Put on hold twice for 30 minutes, never answered. Just lost a $6500 sale from us!

Terrible experience today.6/5 @ 11;30ish at Lowes Wichita Falls store.
Horrible customer service . Went to the garden center and purchased 3 bags of Scott's weed and feed near the garden check out. Clerk rang up the sale and I looked at the receipt. The big sale sign said $14.99 but I was charged $29.99 per bag. Clerk looked at the sign and said she couldn't help us, that we had to go inside to customer service. We did and the young female Clerk said we had to go out and take a picture of the sale sign before she could help us. Ridiculous! I couldn't believe she couldn't pull the sale up! I complained and she said. Do you want a credit?? When did the burden become the customers problem when Lowes can't get their pricing right?? Terrible customer service
PS I got in my car and was able to pull up the sale price in 2 minutes.
We will be goimg to Home Depot from now on!
