  I absolutely LOVE Leslie’s and especially the Wichita Falls location! The staff are VERY knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. I had never owned a pool previously and the only reason my pool is as great as it is is because of the helpful staff. I love the ability to test my water, the perks I earn as a reward member, and the consistent deals on chemicals. I am a loyal Leslie’s customer because of the staff at Leslie’s Wichita Falls, TX location. If you have a pool and especially if you’re a brand new pool owner, you HAVE to go to Leslie’s and let them help you keep your pool crystal clear and chemically balanced.

  Danny was a big help on a vacuum repair. Leslie’s has great customer service and will help diagnose. My only local pool store I visit.

  The bald employee with glasses who works in the Wichita store is the rudest person I have ever interacted with.. between him & the 2 young girls who work there I’d suggest speak with 1 of the girls.. his attitude is horrible..I’d say more than 50% of ppl who go into this store know absolutely nothing about pools & you would think the store employee would help you figure out what it is you need but instead this employee was so rude and condescending
