- KMK McJul 16, 20265.0I went to hobby lobby yesterday. I picked a frame out and the back of it was damaged. I took it to the back where they do professional picture frames and encountered the sweetest employees Madison and Elizabeth. They both went above and beyond. They fixed my frame and more. I told Madison what I was doing with the frame and she put extra protection and materials on it to make sure it could be used for the correct purpose. I can’t say enough good things about her she definitely went above and beyond. Both of them went above and beyond!! Very sweet and personable employees. I will definitely be back and a big reason is because of how I was treated. Thanks again Madison and Elizabeth for exceptional service!!!
