Vincent was so helpful and kind, and he answered every question I had with real answers and not just sales blurbs. I felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right mattress for me, and not just taking all of my money.

He took the time to explain everything to us, answer our questions, and help us find the perfect bed without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. And then he went above and beyond and got us a SUPER great price on sheets, too! I am extremely happy with our purchase and especially grateful for Vincent’s friendly, patient, and helpful service. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely seems to care that you leave happy with what you purchased.

On the first visit, we were in the store nearly 30 minutes before a sales associate offered to help us. By that time, we had looked at a number of mattresses and we needed to get to other appointments. However, on the second visit, a sales associate came to help us right away. We ultimately bought the Doctors Choice Plush mattress and platform, as it was recommended by Consumer Reports.
