  Customer service is surely not lacking when Vincent is working! From the moment we walked in until we left he had time for us, even while being the only one on the sales floor with multiple customers. He was professional, transparent, and respectful! We got the mattress we needed with customer service that is rare to find these days!

  Elizabeth was delightful and extremely helpful. I was on the hunt for a new mattress and she led me through the whole buying process and picking the perfect one for my comfort. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed but was shown every possible mattress that I might find comfortable. Elizabeth was great in that she left me time to make my decision.

  Elizabeth, our sales rep was great at working with my mom to find the right mattress. She was very patient answered all our questions. She did a great job.

  Just went mattress shopping for the first time in 8 years. Absolutely dreaded it because it’s always such a hassle. Plus, you never know what type of salesman you are going to get. Vincent made it clear that this would be a pleasant experience right of the bat. He was straight forward and didn’t try to sway us in any direction. He listened to what we wanted and walked us through the “so what” of each of the few we narrowed it down to. We decided with ease and are happy to have gone to Denver Mattress. Can’t wait to get our new mattress in! Appreciate the help, Vincent!
