- PSPam SchulzMay 10, 20265.0Budget Blinds went beyond what I expected in customer service from Laura coming to my house to measuring to explain all the details and making sure I understood etc .. and Cassidy kept me updated on progress of Blinds all the way from Start of ordering to letting me know when they arrived and setting up appointment for installation then Paul the installer gave me a 1 hr window letting me know he was on his way and he was very conscientious about making sure the blinds were exactly like I wanted them then taught me and my husband how to use remote etc.. All 3 were exceptional!! In today’s customer service I was so impressed because you don’t get this kind of service anymore from most services!! My blinds look great too !! If I need blinds or of friends do I will absolutely recommend this company!!! Cassidy even followed up after installation to make sure all was good ! Excellent Job what a good team !!

As an example, two blinds were ordered and one was the wrong door side. Paul used a part from one of the blinds being replaced and installed it on the problem blind. That kept me from having to wait on another blind and reduced your work having to order another one. Paul was awesome!
