- LLLeon LopezNov 7, 20251.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! Was told one thing and scheduled a delivery date made arrangements at work to be able to be home. Called the day of to confirm the delivery and they told me they couldn’t get ahold of me because they had noted the wrong number. The manager was really rude and I’ll admit I was upset and kept speaking. Now as a manager your supposed to let the customer speak let them be heard and handle the situation with ease comfort and reason. This manager kept trying to speak over me and while I was trying to speak on how upset I was about the situation she stated “wow so your going to speak over me” she couldn’t reason with me or even hear me out on scheduling the delivery the date it was set on or even the next day because they were short staffed and there was nothing she can do. I just found that really rude and ignorant based on how I’m the customer and you couldn’t even hear me out and just shut me down even though they noted the number wrong and messed up on their end in the beginning. Best believe im paying this of ASAP and never again bringing business here. No matter what you do or where you work, customer service and hospitality are the key focal points. This store manager was just rude and aggressive for no reason making me sound dumb. And as it states all calls are monitored and recorded I hope the higher ups listen to the call and address that issue. There is a way to talk to people and even customers at that point and that was just not it.
- MGManuel GomezJan 6, 20241.0They are not helpful at all I've called several times to work with me for my passed due payments on extending the contract and telling them that I will way pay or how I can pay due to being in the hospital and was not able to work but they refuse to help plus that manager woman working there speaks very rude 😡 when she talked to me so due to the way she disrespected me is why I don't communicate cause why am I gonna waste my time which I know what your answer will be she should not even work there and fired the workers that have come to my house when I'm there have also spoken to me an family bad like it's crazy how they do business based on that manager

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
