  Pesimo el servicio en persona y el manager de lo peor tambien muy despota y grosero en esta tienda apesar de todas mis Compras por años que he hecho no supieron ni pudieron ayudarne tuve que llamar a otra tienda del 59 sur y fue como me ayudaron pero en Webster lo peor y muy muy groseros para contestar

  I made a purchase back in November 2024 for a bedroom set. The salesman and the staff that i dealt with were polite and nice. I am writing this review because of the customer care center. My apartment building was struck by lightning on June 20th, I understood that the warranty wouldn't cover the damage from the water damage that the fire department put on the building. All i asked was if i could get a refund or a store credit so i could repurchase my furniture set and they refused to do any of it. Stay away from their warranty and double check that the furniture is made of what they claim it is made of. My parents spent 12k on a sectional couch and have had it for 5 months, one of the sectional pieces is sagging in the middle and the motor has always sounded bad for the recliner, and on another recliner, it wont close correctly so one side sticks out about 2 inches.

  Had a wonderful experience shopping for a recliner and bed. They sales person "Hattie" was so sweet and explained all the functions of the bed frame and recliner.

  I bought three pieces of furniture from this location, a couch and two matching loveseats. Upon delivery, the drivers scratched my wall in multiple areas (which I let go and took the L). However, I noticed a very pungent smell on all three pieces of the furniture. When I called the store to ask how I use my protection plan that I purchased, I was dismissed with rude behavior. I asked to speak to the manager Curtis who said to me “ who transferred your call to me, my office could have handled this matter”. Then Curtis proceeded to tell me that all furniture has a smell when it is purchased and once the furniture enters the home it’s no longer their issue. So after spending $3000 on rotten smelling furniture…I would avoid this company at all costs. Bad customer service and furniture that smells.
