  I would have given 5 stars because the store and staff were great, but unfortunately the restrooms were not very clean during my visit. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

  I have an adult son with special needs who loves the Astros and wanted to get a team picture that he has framed. He wanted to do it by himself so while I waited in the car, he went inside to see how much it would cost him to get it framed. The gentleman he spoke to at the framing sectionwas so helpful and made it so easy for my son to get what he needed. My son has physical limitations and cannot do certain things, so this young man even helped to put it together for him. Afterwards, he even walked out to the car with my son and shook his hand before even helping him get inside with his new frame. My son was so happy and talked about his new friend, named Jay, all the way home. Great service and will be returning!

  The lady at the front who checked me out Jennette R was extremely rude. No hi or how are you doing. No acknowledgements whatsoever.
