We have had a storage unit at this facility for almost three decades.
I normally don’t post reviews, but I felt I just had to in this case. We lost both keys to our unit, so I contacted the office. I was told by personnel there that we could come by and have the existing lock on our unit removed and a new one could be purchased on site, or if we would rather bring our own we could do that too. Upon arriving at the Extra Storage Space office, we were greeted by two employees that were very friendly and accommodating. They were both professional and thorough in going about taking care of this. Purchasing and being issued a new lock and removing the old one went quickly. The employee who removed the old lock had such a good attitude about doing the job in spite of it being very hot outside. The whole process went very well because these two employees went out of their way to make sure it was actually a pleasant experience.
I have to say that before Extra Space Storage took over this facility, we were never happy with how things were handled here. Just take everything I said in this review and imagine the opposite, that’s the way it was before it changed hands to who is running it now. We are so glad to know that whenever we have to see about something relating to our unit at this facility, we can count on it now being something that we don’t have to dread. I appreciated the two employees that took care of us today making something that you normally wouldn’t look forward to having to do, an experience that was actually pleasant!
