  My wife wanted patio furniture for mothers day from the kids and I so we went to AFW to pick it out and we just got the delivery and they were done unloading in no time at all. The guys were nice and polite and put everything right where we wanted them. They kinda new what we were thinking of putting them. Lol... very good experience with them so far. We shopped there for the second time and both times were very outstanding.

  Ivan helped me and he was great. I told him what I was looking for and he joyfully showed me everything plus more. I felt like I was shopping with a friend, no stress, actually was fun! I love this store! The quality of the furnitures is great and you can’t beat the prices! Love love love this store!!!!

  Be very careful ordering furniture from here. I Ordered $5,800 of furniture on 2/1/26 with part of the order being delivered days later. $3400 of this order was custom ordered and was quoted 6-8 week delivery time. I had to pay a $600 deposit/down payment due to the custom order (just a different upholstery on a regular stocked living room sectional) so there is no canceling the order. At 10 weeks I was informed that I was told incorrectly and the manufacturer has a 12/13 week lead time. We are now past 14 weeks with no one taking ownership of the issue. Passing the blame around. Very unhappy with the service and the follow up as no one is checking in with me regularly unless I am contacting them (weekly). Last date I was given was April 28 and still nothing.

  Furniture selection is amazing. No one bothers you or haggles you while on the showroom floor. They are always available nearby if you need Help and are very thorough and knowledgeable of the furniture in store and financing options are incredibly easy to apply for. Andrew N. was so amazing to collaborate with and made the process very smooth- i even ended up purchasing a living room table set he recommended. If they don’t have a piece of furniture that you selected in store, they will let you know ahead of time while you are on the showroom floor by looking it up to see what the delivery window will be and I appreciated that so much because it allowed me to quickly decide on which sofa I wanted to go with instead of having my heart set on a piece just to be told it would be on backorder when trying to check out. Everything is available electronically while you are looking on the showroom floor. As far as delivery goes, there was constant communication up until my delivery day and instead of having to wait all day, they give you a window of about 2 1/2 hours that they will drop off the furniture and they put together the furniture for you ahead of time. They let you know if there are any cancellations that will make your delivery window be moved up so keep in mind that you could get your furniture sooner in the day, which is wonderful for me because I didn’t have to worry about after school pick up being delayed. The delivery happened in less than 10 minutes and I had a recliner a dining room set and a living room three-piece table set delivered in that timeframe. I am a single woman living on my own, and it was never made to feel uncomfortable at any point in time because the gentleman were professional, courteous and respectful, as well as careful but speedy in their service. The price point of this business is fantastic for the quality of furniture you get and the integrity of everybody who works for this company is top-notch and I cannot recommend them enough. Do not go anywhere else- Everything you need is at AFW.
