- JJJulie Newman-Hernandez (Jewels)4 days ago5.0lowe has the best clearance rack for ailing plants. some dont make it some do. staff is helpful and smiles, greets you and talks! it would be great to have a specific area for Texas Natives and for our zone 8B. it would be even better if i didnt buy the flowers that their blooming time had already passed. another suggestion... a sign that says Plant These NOW thru a certain date as a guide line for new gardeners!!! here is a few that i bought this year at Lowes in Cedar Hill, Tx

We both work alot so we have been waiting for employee weekend. We decided to start in Irving. Long story short, half a tank of gas, 2 stores later we decided to hit closer to home in Hachie. Low and behold not only did we get what we were looking for but we met 2 awesome associates that went beyond customer service before they even new I was also an associate. You made our trip worth the time and THANK YOU SO MUCH for being professional and a joy to do buisness with!

- LLane -Apr 14, 20261.0This is not a review of the Waxahachie Lowe’s specifically but Lowe’s as a whole. Hands down the worst online order pick up system I’ve ever used. I fought with it for 20 minutes before I finally called the store and instead of getting to speak to a human that would understand my words, IT WAS GODDAMN AI. I’m going across the street and only shopping at Home Depot from now on.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
