I had the most pleasant time transacting business with Alex Gonzalez @ the Waxahachie location. He was very professional, polite and patient, even though we were there after closing. I offered to come back. He did not rush! He assured me it was okay, he'd take care me that day.
This guy defines CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
He needs to be cloned. Service is a thing of the past😒 Thank you Alex!

I worked with Alex and Jess to set up a storage unit and coordinate having a 26’ moving trailer parked on site for 2 days. They were both great about answering my questions and explaining options to me. In addition, the property is easy to get to and laid out really well.
