  I reviewed this place without even being inside. Google says they’re open on weekends like most places are they open stay open until 5pm Monday through Friday according to their door hours. MOST people who actually use the tools they sell don’t get off work until 5 and are off on the weekends. Which they’re closed. Sure wish that could change. Until then I’ll never be able to step inside the store. Atleast stay open until noon to 3 on Saturdays.give us full time workers a chance to.

  Took a month for them to fix my nail gun. When it was ready, I asked if they called and they just said no. Until I got to the store, I had to assume that it wasn’t fixed. When I called, no one would answer the phone even though people were there (I called 20 minutes before entering the store). While I was in the store, the phone rang, and no one felt the need to answer the phone. Personally I will be taking my business elsewhere.
