  Took a month for them to fix my nail gun. When it was ready, I asked if they called and they just said no. Until I got to the store, I had to assume that it wasn’t fixed. When I called, no one would answer the phone even though people were there (I called 20 minutes before entering the store). While I was in the store, the phone rang, and no one felt the need to answer the phone. Personally I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Bait and switch alert!!!! I just tried to buy a bunch of tools today and everything was ringing up as more than the marked price on the shelf. Not small amounts either. One was 60 more in a 200 dollar item. Another was 25 dollars in a 44 dollar item. When confronted she said she had not changed the prices yet, but that the computer cost was the correct cost. Im not buying that.
