  I unexpectedly, and tragically lost my husband in 2025. He was the one that maintained the pool and the yard. I will spare you all the details that won’t matter to you, but mean the world to me- Ronnie was the first one that actually listened to me and took the time to explain everything to me. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and the first one to actually figure out the root of the problem-after a year 10/10. Emilie does the booking/ works the desk 10/10. I never leave reviews- good or bad. Called and talked to boss- Lloyd, you were wonderful and appreciative of the good news 10/10. Refreshing that you actually care- I hope you know how lucky you are to have employees like that. They are hard to come by.

  We have wanted a hot tub for years and I shopped every single major brand but kept coming back to Sundance. After meeting with Claire, I knew this is what I wanted. She was honest and told me the pros and cons. Jason delivered on time and had it set up and running perfectly. We enjoyed it all weekend and I look forward to having this hot tub for a long time. Thanks again!

  Gattlin the technician is absolutely amazing. Stayed with the company as long as we did because of him. Edited to reflect the poor customer Service. The fake apology in the response was the first apology we received. Not receiving an invoice FIRST and just taking it out of someone’s account is not okay. Was never asked what payment account I would like to use. Secondly- Gattlin, our primary technician, came every week for months and never broke anything. We opened the same thing once to twice a week and never broke it. The pipes that Ronnie broke this last time were recently replaced. Lastly, updating your response on here to make it seem like the customer is wrong is not right. Whoever the manager is doing a very poor job at resolving issues. The office staff is lacking. Billing is all over the place. They’ll charge you without talking to you, they’ll invoice you and just take the money from you without asking, and management has zero idea of what customer service is. If your equipment is new and you don’t expect to have to pay for things that the technicians break, this is the place for you.

  Best place in town to go to for all your pool needs! They have Pool School for people just starting out with pools. (Like me). Their staff is always friendly, won't try to upsale you, knowledgeable and very helpful with their water testing

  I love my hot tub!! They educated me while I was looking, on the different styles and helped me pick the one that was right for me. They were professional setting it up and very good communication during the process.
