Ordered a door and shower enclosure for pick up around 1. Was still not ready when we arrived at 7.
The right hand door was not in stock. My husband grabbed the left hand door instead to sub it out. Waited over 30 minutes for the manager, Dewaylyn, who said nope but left us hanging
.... Now we need the door removed so we can just get the shower enclosure and just leave but it takes over 30 minutes to do that to. 🫤
Spent over 10k at Lowe's just this year alone. Should not be treated like this!

Just your average Lowe's store. The only employee who spoke to me simply said, "Hi," as I approached self checkout. Lowe's makes me feel like I really don't matter as a customer. Self serve, self checkout, go to the app to locate items in the store... The only reason to go is if I need it faster than Amazon can get it to me. It's like a vending machine that you walk into. Lowe's really makes me miss small-town hardware stores.

It's a giant box store with 2 people actually working at any one time. If self service then home repair, yard work, construction, etc., appeals to you, then sally forth into this monument of DIY, capitalism, and no limit of crooked lumber. They'll be there for your first trip, or your 3rd where you finally remember to get that stupid fitting. Good luck Champ! You got this!
