Update - John the manager called and make quite a few very helpful suggestions. I am very impressed with his attitude and willingness to help. So it seems that the best thing to do is avoid Lowe’s.com and head to the store to ask for John.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Lowe’s - what happened? This is truly unacceptable. The first person we asked for help looked at us and then when back to reading a piece of paper he had. Then Angel was the next person we asked - he was at the front desk - he is about as frustrating a customer service rep as I have ever experienced. He had no answers and said nothing was his fault. He has zero ideas on how to fix a simple order pick up. Then a co worker came in late and angel commented on it - the coworker said no one can do anything about me being late and walked off. This shows the tone at the top is not acceptable to a successful business. We need more local businesses to fill this gap.

I ordered a turf broom/rake for the artificial turf I’m installing around my pool. When placing a large order with Home Depot, I also ordered the broom from Lowe’s since Home Depot didn’t have one in stock.
I arrived after 4:30 PM to pick up my Lowe’s order—giving them the entire day to prepare a single item—and it still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, Home Depot had my much larger order ready hours earlier, and I was able to pick it up without any issues.
At Lowe’s, I was told they were too busy and that all orders were behind. But this was just one item—one. Because of the delay, I ended up ordering the turf broom from Amazon, and it was delivered the very next morning.Doesn't matter how the commercials, say about Lowes and how vet friendly they are, because in Waco they are defenitly not.

Good store on the most park. Some employee help is better than others. The gentleman running the tool department is always very helpful. He always has a great aditude and goes out of his way to show you extra help. He helped me today 4/11/26.
