I find the customer service to be worthy of five stars but many items in the store are quite a bit more expensive than what you can find online. I make an effort to buy anything I can from them that is competitively priced to support a local store and reward them for the free testing. I will say that if I had tested with them regularly and paid their higher prices, I may have come out ahead - not sure.
