I called the number left in a message to me telling me that my payment did not go through and was pleasantly surprised that I was not put on hold or asked to pick a number, I was not directed anywhere. Trenton answered the phone and I let him know why I called, gave him my card number. It took a matter of minutes and it was sooo not stressful. Trenton was pleasant and patient. In fact I hung up and called back and let Trenton how happy I was to have talked to a human being. It is a lovely clean, safe storage place not unlike many other storage places, but the customer service is what makes this storage place best.
