  Dahkotah worked with us and was very helpful. We had ordered a mattress that was too squishy & needed to be swapped out for a firmer one, & he made it easy & convenient!

  A huge shoutout to Mike L. at Denver Mattress in Waco! His customer service was outstanding. We had to file a mattress warranty claim, and he made the entire exchange process easy to understand and stress-free. He took the time to explain every option, answered all of our questions, and gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Mike. And one piece of advice—don’t skip the mattress warranty! After this experience, I can honestly say it’s worth every penny.

  I recently move to Texas and need to find a mattress. Mike at Denver mattress help me as soon as I walked in. I told him what I need due to black problem and he had all the information I need to be comfortable to perched the right mattress for me.

  Came in after shopping several local chain stores, unhappy with high prices, pushy salespeople and poor customer service, to be greeted by Mike. He listened attentively to our story and my personal mattress preferences and immediately selected the most comparable mattresses. I only tried 3 different mattresses before immediately finding “the one”! Mike was absolutely amazing - Warm, kind, professional, showed genuine interest and concern in his customers, extremely knowledgeable about products, and a very active listener. I would recommend both him and Denver Mattress to anyone! Got a great price and a great bundle deal! Thanks so much Mike!

  I want to give two thumbs up to Mike at Denver mattress for taking care of us on getting a new mattress didn’t expect to still have a warranty on our old one but did and Mike did a great job of helping us purchase a new one. Great job Mike keep up the great work.
