    I am beyond frustrated with the phone system lowes in Victoria has, i need to speak to a person, NOT a recording! I completely hate the fact that it took me 6 minutes asking a recording to give me customer service to SPEAK to an associate. When i finally get transferred the phone rings for 20 minutes before a woman with an accent answers & does not greet me or asks me if i can be put on hold she immediately puts me on hold where i have been for the last 55 minutes!! My phone timer currently reads a phone call of 1 hr 20 minutes. Yes im still on hold! I needed to confirm an item availability because my son was driving from Aransas Pass after the item we need was not in stock although the app said it was, so to avoid the same problem we decided to call ahead to Victoria to confirm with an associate that the item is in fact in stock, where unfortunately i have been unable to speak with an employee for over an hour and twenty minutes on the phone! I think my son will arrive at Lowes quicker than i can get an employee to answer the phone! I would like to include a screenshot of my screen as proof of this long phone call but don’t know how. So if lowes you care at all send me a message so i can send you the screenshot of the long phone wait time i experienced. Maybe frame it and put it as a mark of your excellent customer service!!!! ‼️UPDATE‼️ After 1 hr 44 minutes on hold, same lady answers & asks, are you still there?? When i start to tell her how long ive been waiting she immediately transfers me to appliances where Andrew continues with Lowes trademark phone customer service i have now named “non-existent “! I immediately ask for the managers name so i can speak to them but Andrew proceeds to tell me that if managers Nico or Frank don’t answer the phone call would be sent back to him, i told him i wanted to speak with either manager, he transfers me, the phone rings 4 times then the phone call disconnects. Lowes you definitely DO NOT have so much business in store that your employees can’t answer a phone call. I am now adding all my phone screenshots as proof of the NON-EXISTENT customer service Lowes in Victoria, Tx offers its customers!!

    Yesterday, I had a horrible experience with the person (Thomas) at the customer support desk. I bought six plants from the clearance section and was overcharged. I didn't dispute the change because there was a long line at the register and I didn't want to make the other customers wait for me. I went to the customer support desk instead. That was a big mistake! The total of the original receipt was $33.18, which I paid with cash. Thomas told me he had to refund everything and then ring up the items again. Then he tells me that my refund is $15.15. Thomas takes the money out of the drawer but never gives it to me. I told him, how can it be only $15.15 if my total before taxes was $30.65. He says, wait now I have to ring up the items, and I will use the $15.15 towards your total. Then he told me that I owed $12.98. How can I owe an extra $12.98 when I was overcharged? He said, because you had a refund of $15.15 and my machine is telling me your total is $28.13. I tried to explain that his math was not adding up. That I had originally paid $33.18 and now I was going to pay $46.16. This incompetent person tells me that if I don't pay him, he is going to call security to take me out of the store. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me that there were no managers in the building. I asked him to show me the new receipt, and he refused until I paid the extra $12.98. I asked for a manager again; this time Thomas tells me all the managers are at lunch and I don't know when they are coming back. He threatens me again with security because I was holding up his line. Even after I paid the extra $12.98, he refused to give me the plants because I didn't sign the refund receipt. I asked another employee for the manager, and Thomas tells her that all the managers were busy and not available. The manager couldn't even figure out what Thomas had done. She asked him why he had refunded only two plants instead of six. Hmm! Because there are two of the same. Can anyone do simple math anymore?

    It's conveniently located but This place is always very disorganized. Finding anything in the plumbing section is always a scavenger hunt as it doesn't seem like anybody takes the time to keep it in order. I've started going elsewhere to save on the hassle
