- LALaura Anthony2 days ago1.0If I could leave a negative star I would. I was very disappointed with my experience today. An employee named Pedro had both restrooms blocked off while cleaning. Several customers, including four women and a man with his child, waited over 15 minutes. We politely asked multiple times how much longer it would be, but he completely ignored us and never acknowledged a single question, even though he could clearly see and hear us. When the restrooms were finally reopened, the toilet seats had been left wet. I later asked the manager if Pedro was deaf because he never responded to anyone. She said he was not and would address the issue. While I was speaking with her, another family came up asking the same question because they had also been ignored. I understand that restrooms need to be cleaned, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. A simple response would have made all the difference. After reading previous reviews, I was disappointed to see that this appears to be an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements to both customer service and restroom maintenance. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this Hobbyb Lobby. As well as only picked up exactly what I went for instead of browsing through and picking up more items so that cost this store revenue from me as well as I am sure other customers.

After waiting more than 15 minutes, we asked if we should use another restroom and come back later. Again, there was no response. I spoke with the manager afterward and asked if perhaps he was deaf, but she said he was not and that she would address the While we were waiting, another family came to the front of the store and asked if the employee cleaning the restrooms was deaf because they were also unable to get any response from him. It was clear we were not the only customers experiencing this issue. I completely understand that restrooms need to be cleaned, but completely ignoring customers who are simply asking for information is unacceptable. A simple acknowledgment or a quick explanation would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this Hobby Lobby. Very disappointing.
