- JWJustin Wilmurth1 day ago1.0This is the absolute worst place to buy anything. I just recently buried my mother and relayed this to the store. Life happened and I fell a month behind literally 2 days after I missed a payment they started showing up at my home 3 to 4 times a week banging like the police on my door. Then one of the drivers came to my house threatening me and harassing me. Making fun of me for falling behind calling my disabled wife several names along with racial slurs. This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with ever. Worst customer service and even worst customer service from the management. Absolutely disgusting company.

The store had another one delivered within the hour. Such great service from everyone today. I really appreciate how nice the delivery drivers were about having to go back for another one today. They were so friendly. Thank you guys! Also David from the store was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be using Aaron's again. Itleast this location. 🤗 5 stars for sure!

- SESherry EatonDec 31, 20252.01. I returned furniture I was renting and today is the second payment that was not correct. 2. I have not received the refund from 2 weeks ago today. Today another $333.89 was taken from my account. That does not reflect the lesser amount after having returned the furniture. (which the manager supposedly corrected 2 weeks ago) 3. Now we have the same problem repeating and they haven't fixed the first one yet. 4. I have called the store several times and it is difficult to get anyone to answer and when they do answer the phone, they don't have answers to when any of this is going to be resolved.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
