Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered, staff has no knowledge of product or what they sell, staff lies about what they are going to do or what will be done, tried multiple times to call customer service to sit and listen to it ring for 10 plus minutes for lady to answer 3 times say hello can you hear me and instantly hang up before I can even respond. Put in an order to be delivered less than 5 miles away for 25 bags of dirt at around 9:30 am with a promise of same day delivery, its now going on 30 hrs and no delivery. I tried to buy flooring 4 days in a row, first I was told none in stock which was a lie, I had to show the guy where it was up on the rack and needed to be forklifted down, he promised it would be down by the end of the day, came in next day and it was still not down, he again told me none in-stock, so I showed him again and he said he would get it down today, came in next day and guess what still not down, so I grabbed someone from the front with a bit of agitation and we went back and confronted the guy again and he made the same promise except I told him this time im not leaving till its down, an hr later and I finally was able to make my purchase. This is ridiculous, it is very apparent that they dont need or want my business or my followings business.

The Lowes store here in Tyler is very nice. They have home improvement supplies you would expect, but what brought me in was their craft day. Every third Saturday of each month they offer a free child's craft. Today we built a garden planter. Wonderful family activity for me, my wife, and our six year old son!

Refused to give me Military discount even though I have proper ID. I have applied for the online ID.ME multiple times and have been succesful but the app unlinks and I lose the benefit. At this point im tired of re applying and the store should just honor my VALID ID!!

My washing machine was set up for delivery today. The delivery person called me to say he was 20 minutes away. He got lost. I gave him directions several times but he finally hung up on me. I tried calling the guy back but he refused my call. When I called the distribution center they said that he had labeled it as the wrong address. This is a bloody nightmare. I will never do business with Lowe's again.

for the last 11 years I have been buying appliances a the local Lowe's store on Broadway in Tyler, TX. Three years ago I purchased a Maytag Dishwasher that recently it stopped working. Since I purchased and extended warranty I went onto Lowe's Protect website and filed a claim.
Claim number 26000409837 was issued and a contracted service representative came out a week later. Really, seven days later. The person that came out stated we needed a new motor and that they would have to order one.
A week later I called the service provider and was told that the part had not come in yet. A week after that I called and was told that the part had not come in yet. A week later I was told the part had not come in yet. Yes, that is three weeks of patience.
On the fourth week I called and was told that the claim was closed and that I would have to contact someone at Lowe's protect to move forward. Yes, it was closed and no one bothered to tell us when, how or why.
Went onto Low's protect website and used the chat service which stated live person. Over the next half hour I had to explain everything that occurred and was told that the only company in my area is the one that had previously come out. I was not about to go through that again. For good reasons I stated no they were not coming her again. Eventually the person on the other end stated that what she was going to do was contact the service provider to obtain the diagnostic from visit. Once the diagnostic came in and showed they were unable to repair we would get sent an email with a refund towards a replacement dishwasher. She also stated that because of the time we have waited she was going to escalate it to the next level priority so it would only take a couple of days. That was week five.
Waited a week and went to the website Lowe's protect website again. This time I was told that I would have to file a new claim as the previous claim had been closed. Obviously I was shocked. After making me wait six weeks I have to start all over.
*
I need to interject here something a little off the story. Here's a tip. Do not wait a week before contacting them as there is not care or concern. You should probably try every day until they get the job done and done right.
*
The person I was in contact with stated that they would send out another company to repair it. Then stated there were no other companies in our area other that the one that already came out. He was now going to escalate it to the next level priority and the would get a service representative from out of our area to come evaluate the dishwasher. He then gave me a new claim number and stated I would be contacted in one to two days.
That is where I am at right now.
I want to add something that Is extremely important to me. That is the fact that I am disabled with Lupus and seven discs in my spine that are either protruding or pinched. Washing dishes is painful for me and it is unnecessary pain that I have to endure every day because of Lowe's incompetence and lack of care for customers. This is why I own a dishwasher. This is why I bought the extended warranty. This is why I should have been contacting them every day instead of every week.
One thing I really have to say is I truly hate the pre-programmed "I do really apologize for the inconvenience." Between the two on-site contacts I had to read that fourteen times.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
