  Tyson at curbside was very helpful and got my order to my car in less than 2 minutes of me pulling up. I was able to pickup my order on my lunch break. That man deserves a raise!

  I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer set and set delivery up for 2 days after my order. When the washer and dryer arrived the washer glass was completely smashed. I rejected this piece and when I tried to call the store nobody wants to answer the phone. I paid a lot of money for this set and they want to do anything to fix the issue rapidly. They say now I have to wait another 3 days just to get my washer. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be buying any appliances from Lowe’s. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere where your time and money is valued.

  Absolutely not helpful. Every time we go here no one is customer service based. We spend $400-$500 dollars, no one helps us load the material. We often wait for 15-20minutes to get help with anything. And we are PRO members. Not a great way to treat PRO members. As a female, I have gone into this place and not a single employee offered to help me while I was loading concrete, wood, etc. they walked right past. While I am capable, it would nice if someone actually offered to help instead of just standing around while getting paid. Why offer loading assistance if you are going to follow through.

  Ordered online and was told it was ready UNTIL we got to the store. Everything was ready except one item. We called the Mansfield store's customer service desk and was met with attitude. She looked up the order and also said it was ready. Then she informed us after we told her where we were parked that the order was actually not ready and no one would be back in the store until after 4pm. It was 1:30. When asked why we were told it was ready twice only to find out it wasn't we were met with more attitude and told we could either wait or drive the 30 minutes back sometime after 4. When she was told we would just cancel the order and go inside we were met with a "whatever" and a hang up. I went to the desk and asked two different people to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't any in the store. We won't be going back in here again. Home Depot is right next door so guess where I'll shop in Mansfield from here on!

  Bought three appliances from Lowe’s and had them delivered a week later. They sent us a time schedule from 2-6. So we stayed at home patiently waiting. At 5:50 we got a text stating they have arrived. We apparently Lowe’s is driving transparent trucks now because they were no where in sight. So at 630 we started calling our Lowe’s store in Tyler Tx. The customer service lady was rude, unprofessional, and acted like she didn’t want to help at all. Multiple attempts were made to get a manager or a asm to no avail. We called Lowe’s in Lindale Tx. The people there were great and had contact information for delivery services mind you which are 3rd party. Now it’s over hour half late at this point. We called the dispatcher of 3rd party to see where our appliances were and when they will be delivered. We were told the truck showed arrived at our house. I assured them there was no truck, phone calls, anything. Well as we were on hold the driver called said they were late, had problems and any other things they could come up with. At this point I’m not happy with any of it. Over 45 minutes later they showed up. Mind you they blocked entire road we live on, no one could pass. They proceeded to unload our new appliances in the street as I told them to move over so our neighbors on our dead end street could get in or out. They said it’s ok we got this. At this point I’m fuming. So they came into my home, as soon as they walked thru the door both of the men smelled like weed. I was beyond mad at this point. Not only was they over 2 hours late, blocked road, and smelling like weed, they smelled up my whole house with weed smell, so now they begin to move the old refrigerator out they had no clue what they were doing and damaged my stained concrete floors with huge scratches. So I confronted them and told them to stop, look at what your doing. Responses were we didn’t do that. I lost my temper at this point. So saga continues, with old refrigerator out they brought in oven and when they sat it off the carts again making huge scratches on yet another parts on my floors. At this point i had to walk outside I was so mad. They got oven, and refrigerator in place with out adjusting and feet or leveling, or putting lower pieces on appliances. They left leaving trash in our home, trash in street, appliances not leveled or installed right. That was the most horrible delivery I had ever had. Now left with finished the installation myself, picking up trash, and having to fix my floors. Would not use Lowe’s delivery ever again and probably never go to Lowe’s in Tyler Tx again. Buyer beware of delivery services.
