Very poor customer service. Waiting on 3rd washer/dryer combo GE. Each that is delivered leaks. Waited 25 minutes to get help with a door. Asked customer service if they would update my phone number and lady said no I would need to download app and do myself. The “main” manager of store is NEVER here. I have now been here an hour and waiting on management to help. I really don’t think I will come back

I went to Lowe’s in Tyler. I bought Minwax wood finish weathered oak stain. To my surprise it looked nothing like the picture on the can. I returned it the next day. The customer service employee promptly gave me a refund, she was nice. I proceeded to the paint department where I was greeted by Harper. He asked me could he help me. I told him the issue I had with the stain. I showed him the stain I returned he opened it and looked as surprised as me. It was a clear watery grey nothing like the pretty color on the can. I asked him if he had samples of the stain products as it did not match the picture on the can. He said unfortunately no. I asked him how do I know what I’m getting if the colors don’t match the can. He told me to pick one out he would shake it and put some on a paint stick so I could see the color. Harper went above and beyond my expectations to help me. I was very disappointed in the stain I had bought but with Harper’s help I got the right color. Very Happy customer.

Paid delivery fee for same day delivery by 2pm. When 2 pm rolled around and passed, called customer service and they assured us it would be delivered before 8pm. Called back at 5 pm and was told our delivery was delayed until tomorrow. Items showed in stock when we purchased them. Their inefficient delivery service cost us man hours and labor. So done with this location.
Part of order cam today . 10 panels show order was cancelled and refunded. when on line today show they had 36 panel I order 10 for pickup . Say order would be ready for Pickup in 3 hrs . now 6 hrs later still on ready. should have order from Home Depot Like I always do. now after pickup 8 hrs later they say my order is cancel shows they have 36 panels I just want 10 will be going to store tomorrow to sent what problem is. I am psssssssssssssss

This location is HORRIBLE not only my curbside pickup wasn’t ready when it said it was…. But starting off to fix the problem I called and was placed on hold for way over 35min at the time of the Screenshot it was 20 so I drove to the store to see if I could get some help made it to the store was STILL on hold I asked for a manger I was directed to Martin/Mark supposedly be a manager SUPER RUDE not only saw me standing waiting to talk to him he ignored me then got snappy like a did something to him. Had I not went to the store they would’ve never reached out about my order! If it says it’ll be ready a certain day then honor that
But Gary was a big help but I won’t ever spend money here again I rather go to Mccoys
