I came in the store today to get supplies to for a Halloween project I’m building with my son. We were discussing PVC pipe and fittings when Brendon walked past us and made a lighthearted joke and quickly started offering to cut the PVC pipe into the size we needed while also showing the difference in price. He was so helpful and friendly and I appreciate him going out of his way to help. I am now a forever loyal Lowe’s customer. Home Depot who?

Writing a new review so it appears at the top. The manager of this Lowe's needs to be fired immediately. I have to use this Lowe's it is the only one around when I'm working this area. I ordered two pallets of flooring. It took over 2 hours to get loaded. And my pallets sat in the loading dock for an hour. I had to go find an employee again to try and get it loaded as the forklifts were idle and everyone had walked away. When we got to the job site we were 15 boxes short. Five of the boxes were not even the same material we ordered! Seven boxes had been taped up and were two to three pieces short! I stopped by there today came to the garden center and watched a senior citizen cashier stand there and melt in the 105° heat. And the store is full of useless young employees that could take her place outside!

Darel at the Tyler Lowe's is absolutely amazing. I was looking for proper porch post bases and fasteners but was completely lost as I don't know this type of work! Darel walked me through the adjustable pieces and the best ones to fit my 5x5(4.25 actual). His knowledge and customer connection is on point! I would choose to come to him over anyone else even if the price was higher just because he is a good representative for the company!!

Horrible place! Employees have no idea what they are doing. Placed an order at the store and was told they have my materials in the store and would have to find them and contact me when they have my materials ready. Drove 45 minutes to get my materials this afternoon because they were ready supposedly. They prepared the wrong materials and didn’t even have my materials in the store still lol 5 pieces of roofing metal! I should be reimbursed for my time and fuel at the least for this I feel. Unsatisfactory assistance from anyone in the store. If you want somewhere professional and knows what materials they have and are selling I wouldn’t suggest any lowes period! Go to Harry’s or Home Depot or anywhere else
