- BFBaylee FlynnAug 29, 20264.0We stopped in LoveSac today and finally made a purchase (we’ve been looking at these for a long time). The employees were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. They gave us additional ideas and feedback on how to configure our sofa. We are excited for our new sofa and sac to arrive. Thanks to their team for making it easy today!!
- KKKesha Huen (Kesha)Jul 9, 20265.0We just placed our first order and have always been met with the best customer service from Lovesac. Shelby was so patient and helpful during our customization and ordering that I would order a million times on that reason alone. Would recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture for sure!
- HHHalee HaynesJun 20, 20265.0We recently went to the Lovesac store to get the feel of the product. It was by far one of the best experiences in buying furniture we have had. Shelby helped us tremendously and listened to every one of our questions, and was able to explain everything in detail. We were thoroughly impressed with every step and look forward to our new couches!
