- HRHeath RosensteinMay 22, 20261.0Bought our first La-Z-Boy chair last Friday. They said we couldn’t pick up until Wednesday. We weren’t able to get there. Called today (Friday) to convey we will be there this afternoon to pick up. They informed me the only person who is insured to move furniture from back of store to a customer’s vehicle is a part time person and took off today. They won’t be back till Monday. They work three days a week. Serious? Only person insured and they are part time? What happens if they quit? You can’t move furniture? Was hoping to enjoy this chair on the amazing holiday weekend. #frustratedCustomer

The whole buying process was super easy. Unfortunately, the chair build took 2x as long as expected which was untimely as we had a newborn on the way and this was supposed to be his nursery chair. Clayton had no control over the delay but went out of his way to help my wife and I in the meantime. Frustrations can be resolved with good communication and taking care of your customers, which is what La-Z-Boy did for us. Thanks, Clayton!

Elected to drive to Dallas for pickup. Happy to say pickup experience was quick and efficient. The warehouse man Andy friendly and efficient. Wrapped chair w stretch wrap and loaded into my truck with care. Buying experience ok. Pickup experience outstanding.
