Great place to shop! My boyfriend found the exact office chair he wanted. Carson helped us and she was very nice and explained the process clearly! Will be back in the future for other furniture needs! :)

If you need good quality furniture, I would highly recommend Furniture Row. The whole team is easy to work with. One of the members that works there Carson, went above and beyond to help me find the piece that would fit perfectly in my house! Without her I would still be stuck looking!

Ivan was very nice and knowledgeable. He is patient which is important in selling furniture! We found the style we wanted, the sitting comfort we wanted and was able to choose a fabric (custom ordered) we felt blended with our existing furniture. I had looked at other stores but Furniture Row had what we wanted plus had quality workmanship. Since we ordered accent chairs with custom upholstery, no pics for 4 to 6 wks. Thank you Ivan! Chairs rec'd in 4 wks! Chairs are gorgeous!! Delivery guys were great...very polite and brought chairs into the house and set them up. A very good experience overall...happy with our purchase! Thanks everyone!
