- NRNathan RadtkeMar 18, 20261.0I hired Magnolia Custom Pools in late summer 2025 and paid a deposit for a pool and outdoor kitchen project. The design provided was not approved due to HOA or county requirements, so the project did not move forward. The matter was not resolved to my satisfaction, and I did not receive a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to document my experience.
- SPSherie PrejeanSep 4, 20255.0So happy I went with Magnolia Custom Pools. The backyard of my new house was awful. Doug not only worked with me on pool design but ultimately helped me remodel the whole thing. I appreciated, as a single mom, that they offered contractor suggestions to do the extras not covered under the contract. They coordinated everything between everyone. It was a dream compared to so many of my friends experiences. Of course, there were hiccups (electrical lines run through the yard!) but they handled everything with a calm and an ease that made everything so manageable. I also put in a basketball court, french doors from my bedroom where windows used to be, and installed a covered patio. No way I would have done this with anyone else. I’ve recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so. We LOVE our backyard!

We have a small back yard to work with but they absolutely maximized our space. In addition, we had a small issue that needed to be addressed after construction and they jumped right on it. I highly recommend this company.
