  Leanna C. - Great planner and designer of pool. Myself and my wife felt extremely comfortable going to her. She was just welcoming and she gave us a wonderful design. Joe Ortez - Managed the project very well and answered all my questions. He just addresses problems as they come his way. Beto - Built a great bathroom, shower and Kitchen. He is incredible and I will continue to bother and use him if he allows. Joel from Acorn Landscaping put our landscaping back better than the condition it was. Sammy is great in pool maintenance. Hire him if you build with CCP. The whole team really cared about us being happy and I can't say enough good things about Cypress Custom Pools. We are just happy. Brian - You have a great team and CCP is really a quality Pool Builder.

  Couldn't be happier with CCP! Great service and communication. Work was efficient. Start to finish around 5 week. Our pool is beautiful and exactly as we imagined. Absolutely no issues. Highly recommend.

  Where to even start? This company has been around for a very long time and it’s because they are trustworthy and do a great job. With so many nightmare stories out there about pool builders, it was nice to know this company is solid. We had a particularly challenging situation with an oddly shaped yard and a significant easement. We needed drainage done, fences, turf, it was a true yard remodel, not just a pool project. We worked with Lauren who is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant and arrived at a design we were very excited about despite the tight space. The project was fairly priced and what set them apart was the willingness to manage the whole project with other contractors which was absolutely critical due to the space restrictions. They worked very close to our home and set up the schedule so that it would be safe for our foundation. From start to finish it was just a few short months and the quality of work was fantastic. We got no pushback about replacing some stones we were concerned about in the coping and the tile work was meticulous. It is almost a year later and another aspect of this company that deserves a major shoutout is the after care and customer service. Kyle has taught us (well really my husband, I don’t involve myself in the pool beyond swimming) all about the maintenance and was available during every major weather event to tell us what to do to protect our pool. I will forever recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool, so glad we chose them!

  We purchased our pool, outdoor kitchen, patio and outdoor bathroom from Cypress Custom Pools approximately two years ago, and the experience has been absolutely first-class from the very first phone call. They were patient and thorough in ensuring the backyard design matched our vision, and they masterfully brought it to life. They successfully designed a pool that fit our awkwardly shaped yard in a way that makes our backyard feel like a custom home. Their communication and guidance throughout the entire process were truly A+. What I appreciate most is not just their overall professionalism, but how they handle challenges. Anytime we raised a concern, they addressed it promptly and communicated clearly until the issue was resolved or we fully understood our options. Even two years after installation, when we encountered an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right. After two years of use, our pool and kitchen still operate like day one and have held up through blazing hot summers, below-freezing temperatures, and plenty birthday parties. To say I would rate Cypress Custom Pools an A+ is an understatement. It’s rare that I speak this highly of a contractor, but they have truly earned our highest regard and continue to make us feel supported long after the project was completed.

  Cypress Custom Pools did a great job on my pool. What really stood out to me was the customer service Oz Curiel was my project manager and his commitment to keep me updated on and setback issue etc. Was awesome. He went above and beyond I would recommend Cypress Pools to all of my neighbors!
