  Our Lovesac Sactional in Moss Etched Chenille looks great now that it’s assembled, but getting to this point was incredibly frustrating. We were told it would take over a month to arrive because of the color we chose. Instead, it arrived 10 days later than the promised delivery date. Then more than 20 boxes were left in front of our house with no explanation. When we opened them, all the pieces were blue. After calling the store, we learned the green covers had been shipped separately in two smaller boxes. That was never explained to us. Assembly was another headache. It took four adults over three hours, and installing the covers was by far the worst part. The Velcro is so aggressive it left my fingers scraped and sore. The biggest disappointment was the salesperson. I don’t feel we were given accurate information about the delivery timeline, how the couch would arrive, or how much work assembly would actually require. The finished couch looks beautiful, and the color is exactly what we wanted. Hopefully the quality lives up to the price, because the buying experience certainly didn’t.

  The sales person (Janie) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative about the product. We enjoyed our experience at the showroom in the Woodlands mall.
