  Paid for for automatic shades for a back porch. Never installed or delivered and won’t return our phone calls to receive a refund of our money. It’s been five months.They will tell you to fight your credit card company to get your money back As far as our money is concerned basically they said they will not refund us or give our money back to us!I’m very unprofessional and seems more like a scam. You cannot trust this company!

  We placed a $13,000 down payment in early June for outdoor motorized blinds. Last contact with this company was in mid-July when we were told our order was on track to be installed first week of August. We also told them that the electrician they recommended came to give an estimate but never provided one or returned our calls. They were going to contact him for us but still no communication. Began calling on August 3, leaving messages that were never returned. Texted our salesperson on August 12th who told us she was no longer with the company. Guess she got her commission and ran. Called again on August 13th to hear a different recording that they were temporarily closed but to leave a message, which I did. As of August 21st, still no returned call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  I want to let you all know that this company is bankrupt and will give you good service until you pay and then the owner Rick just disappears with you’re money it’s not only us that this is happening it’s to a lot of people who believed in them. Please don’t order from this company go any were else the product is good but don’t waste you’re money on giving it to Rick. Be AWARE of that your order will not be processed at all.

  My review of Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW very much aligns to Naresh Singh of an estimated year prior; poor communication, failure to deliver the product in a timely manner, despite having made the deposit of 75% of the final cost. Deciding to engage with Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW for this project was based on (i) due diligence and review (ii) recommendation by a home builder is South Lake. The Sales Associate, Max, came out on April 1st took initial measurements, presented the quote and further verbally suggested that installation would have been complete by mid/end June. Additionally, adding context that prior manufacturing and shipping were causing delays thus, production was now localized in the N. Texas area; Richardson to be specific. There was then a second phase to the measurements schedule on April 13th, and when I attempted to reschedule due to other priorities, I was advised by Jennifer that any delays in/to working with the team will result in delays to delivery. As such, I rescheduled my priorities of April 13th to mitigate any delays in/for the second measurements of the intended area, all in an effort to maintain a timely project completion; yet no result or delivery. It is now delay of 3.5 months rapidly approaching 4 months for which there remain no completion of the product and (1) Despite a number of outreach/attempts to Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW, there was no identified or proposed delivery date (2) No confirmed or direct response to the inquiry; as to whether or not production has yet commenced (3) In more recent time there is failure to communicate (email/text/phone call) by Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW, that is to include attempts to Max; the Sales Associate who proposed June delivery timeline. It is to be noted and referenced again, that all of the aforementioned challenges are with consideration of 75% deposit. Despite having numerous attempts to gain some form of confirmed response from Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW; that is to include a request for cancellation of the order. There has been no acknowledgement from Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW. To any future client[s] of Classic Home Dallas/StruXure DFW, I suggest "caveat emptor". Experiences may differ but, I merely seek to share my experience and review, in an effort to mitigate a replication of situation[s].

  Had 2 electric screens replaced. Installers were on time and courteous!!! Screens look great!! Highly recommend!!!
