I never leave negative reviews but if you are able to store your items anywhere else, please do. They changed the locks without telling us to an app that they never set an email explaining how to use. Now, we are standing in 98 degree heat and the app won't work. But don't worry, when you call for assistance, they will tell you they are busy and unable to come down to help. Also, don't fret, the rent will only go up by $10-15 every few months for a tiny, uncleaned unit. Worst. Storage Unit. Ever.
