- CBChris Barfoot2 days ago1.0Why can the Texarkana branch NOT get it together. I call you and sign up to get a washer and dryer that I know is going to be 4x the retail value and then sign a lease for these items. The customer representative agree we are set up for every 2 weeks payment of $57 on Fridays. Cool. Then proceed to call me on the week in between payments to tell the charge didn't go through last week. Now it's $83 to catch up. Fine. Whatever. Next week. Phone call, incorrect card on file even though I read you the exact same information I did the first time from the same card. Smoothed this out ONCE AGAIN. And now I wake up to a random charge at 6am on a Sunday for $143.10 for WHAT??? I'll see you guys in person today to figure this out. I have never had this issue with Aaron's locations in Louisiana. I am very close to returning the washer and dryer and explicitly avoiding Aaron's in the future. Will definitely not be recommending or be returning to purchase anything in the future.

They wanted me to wait two weeks for delivery. They can take my money but just can’t deliver it or let you bring it home if you don’t have an “open account” with them. That’s ok, we went to buddy’s and they delivered same day! Aaron’s will not get my business and they may want to consider a manager who goes above and beyond not one who is happy sitting idle letting the company lose money.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
