. He said that they don't have that door i asked him to look and see what store did have them. He said that he didn't have to look because no other store would not have them
So I called Waco and they said yes they did. So I bought them there along with storm doors to go with both doors

I had such an amazing and pleasant experience in the paint department at Lowe’s. The store itself was extremely clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which already made the visit enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service from Winn in the paint department. Winn was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and answering all of my questions without any rush. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Winn absolutely went above and beyond. Because of that level of service, I left feeling confident in my purchase and really appreciated the whole experience.

I have called Lowes several times to see if a certain type of tree had come in . I got transferred numerous times each time I called and could never get an answer. I have decided going in the store may be a better option. Well that was not the case. If you go in after 3pm, no one knows anything about the garden center. I have been three times and each time was the same. No one knows what’s going on or what they actually have, good luck even finding someone to even ask. I then asked to speak to a manager and they said if you come after 3:30 there is not a manager on duty. What kind of chain store doesn’t have any type of manager there after 3:30? I was baffled and asked the lady in the garden center to please repeat what she said because I was sure I heard her wrong.
It is absolutely tge worst Lowe’s I have ever been in but unfortunately there is no other choice but to go to home depot which will now get my business.
