  Small crowded store. Chlorine odor is strong in the location. They have a lot of the basics but not a great selection of random items you may want to look at but theres the online store. Store definitely could/should be bigger. Always seems to be a wait of 3 plus people for water testing

  I hate having to leave a review like this, but ever since Virginia came back to this store, the experience has gone downhill. I've heard similar complaints from other vendors and customers, and unfortunately I've now experienced it firsthand. Our company, Sunset Pools, has a certified commercial account and is on Leslie's preferred vendor list. Despite that, my employee was refused service. From my perspective, it appeared to be based on personal feelings rather than company policy, which is extremely disappointing for a business that spends thousands of dollars on chemicals and supplies. I've already reached out to corporate and the district manager and am waiting to hear back. If this issue isn't resolved, Sunset Pools may be taking the approximately $2,000 per month we spend on chemicals elsewhere. If you're deciding between locations, do yourself a favor and visit the Killeen store instead. The staff there has always been fantastic-friendly, professional, and respectful to both customers and vendors. The difference in customer service is night and day.

  I visited the Leslie’s location in Temple today and unfortunately had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Virginia. She was unhelpful, unprofessional, and extremely rude, all in front of both other employees and customers. The interaction was so negative that I immediately walked out without making a purchase. I’ve always preferred doing business with companies that value their customers, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope corporate takes customer feedback seriously because experiences like this drive loyal customers away fast.
