- EMErica MataAug 6, 20261.0The worker names Ashley is super rude! She belittled us in the store and acted super stuck up when we were asking about pricing and if there was any discounts (we were told by the new girl there were plenty of discounts to be given). We worked with the new employee first which is why we chose a certain sofa but once it came to the financial part of it Ashley took over (clearly didn't want to leave her desk from texting on her phone because she already had a snobby look when she was asked for help. Ashley implied that the check that was showed was from 3 months ago stating that we dont know the lengths that people go to to increase their pay. Clearly the paycheck was dated for that exact same week we went in. She kept staring to the ceiling and off to the side like she was disgusted to make eye contact. Then we show her the set that the original sales person showed us. Mind you it was the only colored couch we kept trying to explain and she acted like she didnt see it when It was right in front of her. After being extremely rude to us and not trying to help AT ALL, she ultimately said extremely rudely that, "YOU KNOW, THERES A STORE IN BELTON YOU CAN GO TO.". So thats exactly what we did. Roy in belton immediately helped us GET THAT EXACT COUCH within 5 minutes of us walking in the store. He stated there is a $25 increase gap that if she really wanted to see her customers happy the limit can be increased by $25. Needless to say it was 6:50 when we walked in and under 20 minutes we had the transfer papers for the couch to get to the belton store. Ashley needs to be FIRED if this is how she acts with customers who clearly are in the right place for furnishing their home. She has ZERO customer service skills I have no idea the number of sales she has had at the Aarons in temple but it literally cant be much if she is turning people away. The new girl even saw how rude Ashley was and she completely stepped back until she saw us leaving then apologized for the treatment. Also if the new girl was the one who got the sale why was Ashley going to be the one who completed the sale? Never recommendeding this place to ANYONE!! I will send everyone to Belton Aarons for Roy!! He is amazing and deserves all the praise in the company.

- AGApril GillMar 1, 20261.0If I could five zero stars I would!!! I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with Aaron's regarding a washer and dryer I financed with them about 1.5 years ago. Six months in, I reported the washer shaking violently - like the bucket was off balance. They said it was "normal wear and tear" and wouldn't help. now, I know for a fact that when I screw up my mom's washer, our washer was last, it does for a few years before it started doing that.Not overloading it, of course, because, you know, that's what's gonna cause it to do that quick.But I never did any of that!! Now, with only TWO SHEETS in it, the washer shakes out of control. Despite previous reports, Aaron's refused to address the issue. Now the item's paid off, and I'm stuck covering costly repairs myself. I do not recommend financing appliances or anything for that matter with Aaron's. Sincerely, April Gill

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
