- KMKimberly MartinMar 17, 20261.0I do NOT recommend this company. They harass there customers!!! Unfortunately I've made the mistake of trying to use them a second time with the same result. They blow my phone up while I'm at work. I get paid twice a month and if the pay day falls on a holiday or a week end it takes a couple day to hit my account. I've explained this to them numerous times. Today they decide to pop by my house with my sitter and tell her my personal acc business. My account is due on the 16th and I'm not behind please explain to me how this is professional. I highly recommend going somewhere else I will not trust them with my business again.

- AAAlvaSep 5, 20171.0Ashley!! She was extremely rude and very disrespectful when dealing with me over the phone when I simply called to ask about when our TV would be arriving! This employee should definitely be terminated immediately because she does not know how to deal with customers and has horrible customer service! We will be dealing with another place of business due to this rude employee and I will also be contacting her superiors and filling a complaint against her. Horrible horrible service due to the poor employee! I recommend anyone who is considering on renting from Aaron's to think twice because from the looks of it I am not the first customer to be dealt with in a rude fashion because of Aarons employees!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
