  Star Furniture was the third store we visited on Monday, Columbus Day. First impression is that it is a beautiful store with quality furniture. However, there were no customers visible. Lots of sales people standing around. A nice gentleman, named George approached us and showed us the recliners available. I found a favorite but told him I would continue looking before deciding. We did return to the store as the chair I had decided on seemed to be the best quality but most expensive. We asked for consideration in lowering the delivery fee, as the other 2 stores we visited worked with us on the delivery fee. We were told it was not possible because the chair was already on sale. George wrote up the invoice. I inquired about Star’s warranty on its product in writing. He told me he was not sure where it was and went briefly to speak with manager. He referred me to the recliner brand website which he pulled up on his Ipad. After I provided my info to him, he referred me to a kind lady who was to take my form of payment and he disappeared without a word. I inquired as to where he was and she said he was in the back and called him back and we thanked him for his help. In the end, I feel this store needs more customer friendly salespeople. Perhaps more willing to work with the customer to leave a good impression. I never saw the manager, but heard a conversation behind the door regarding question about a warranty. Basically, our salesperson was done once the paperwork was done.

  I was greeted by Rick R. He was very polite and patient. He was not a pushy salesman. I like that. He took the time to listen. I was not going to buy anything that day, but he graciously made a way for me to be able to make a purchase. I went back another day and it was Rick’s day off. Another wonderful salesperson named Hiba was very helpful. Even though I was there to speak with Rick, she still offered her assistance. She was very knowledgeable. These two lovely people should receive the highest stars for best customer service. Thank you, Star Furniture. Bri- Repeat customer!

  I’ve shopped at the Star Sugar Land location several times, and Parvin is always my go-to salesperson. She consistently goes above and beyond to help her customers. That woman is a magician! She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful, and she genuinely puts in the effort to find exactly what you’re looking for at the best possible price. I can’t recommend Parvin enough for all your furniture and home decor needs!

  I recently bought furniture from Star and Nursel was very helpful in this process! Nursel was very knowledgeable about the furniture and patient as I sat on just about everything in the store. She never pressured me and gave me time to make my decision. I highly recommend you ask for her If you go to the Sugarland location.Thank you Nursel!!

  We recently made a large bedroom furniture purchase at Star Furniture, and we had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson, Ms. Parvin, did an exceptional job! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free. We were also able to take advantage of the Labor Day sale, which made the experience even better. Most importantly, we found exactly what we were looking for, and we are very impressed with the quality of the furniture. I would highly recommend Star Furniture, especially if you are considering a larger furniture purchase and want both excellent quality and great customer service. Be sure to ask for Ms. Parvin, she was wonderful to work with!
