  I have always thought highly of my neighborhood Lowe's for all the usual reasons: great prices, products and sales staff. But top performance goes throughout the Lowe's organization. Yesterday I ordered from a Lowe's 40 minutes away because they had my desired items in stock. After being totally loss with my GPS directions, I stopped at a Lowe's I spotted along the way and asked for help. Jaidyn was marvelous. She found my items in stock, got a sales person to go to the aisle to get them, and helped me through a slightly confusing (for me) process of purchasing those items. She also told me the process for canceling the order at the store I couldn't find. She was a ray of sunshine and I couldn't stop smiling as I left the store. God bless you Jaidyn!

  I had something shipped to the store for me to pick up. When it arrived, I called customer service to ask for the dimensions of the box so I could tell if I needed to get a truck or not. Multiple people told me multiple times they would not measure it for me. I called back a few times to get a different person on the phone (once, it was even a manager). Zero effort made to help the customer. One time, they even put me on infinite hold hoping I'd jsut go away. I was only asking them to measure a box less than one cubic yard in size.

  On Saturday 6/6, I went with my family to buy some needed supplies to finish a home project. We bough a gallon of primer and had it tinted to see if the color we selected was close to what we wanted. The store rep that assisted us was amazing. Provided a lot of insight. We loaded our supplies and headed home. By the time we arrived. The gallon of primer had spilled in the rear trunk of our vehicle. Immediately we took pictures and started to clean up the area to minimize the risk of permanent damage. The gallon was not rolling around and was tilted to the side but not on its actual side. The lid was not properly sealed when the gallon was tinted. I called and spoke to Steve the assistant store manager. He advised me after explaining to him he would follow up. I have not received a call. Today. I called three times to be connected to him. All three times I as disconnected. I called back asking for the manger and was told they are in meetings. No assistance has been provided. All I can do is voice my concern via other venues. Update 6/9. Finally spoke to Steve. Was provided an email to forward a quote for repairs. Quote was sent the same day. I never received a call or follow up email. Update 6/12 A follow email was sent on Steve W. Lock. No response. Update 6/13 I called my local store in Sugar Land. No luck. The Automated service is horrible. Takes me on average 2-3 minutes to get to a human. I had to place 6 calls. Every time I was supposed to get connected to him, I would be disconnected. I am very frustrated as a customer. All I am doing is trying to get a resolution to my damaged vehicle.

  On June 7, 2026, at approximately 9:15 AM, I used the self-checkout and encountered a pricing discrepancy on an item. When I brought this to the attention of sales associate Lavony, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I clearly showed her the marked price, but she responded with a mumbled remark and walked away without resolving the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect pricing concerns to be handled professionally and promptly. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding both the pricing error and this interaction.

  I came here to purchase 18 boards for my child's bed which broke. I also needed to have them cut several inches shorter. The representative in the wood department stated that he would only cut 5 boards. I needed to fix my child's bed and the customer service was very poor at this location, at least from him. He was very short and then stated how inventory is crowding the saw. It was obvious he didn't even want to cut 5 for me. I told the woman cashier up front, and she was surprised herself that he would not cut more for me. It was slow in the store at 8 am. I got the 5 cut, left the remaining 13 and headed to the Lowes on Kirkwood and Westheimer. What a complete different experience! Orlando at this location assisted me with everything and took his time to cut the boards. He stated that they can only cut 5 times on one board not only cut 5 boards. I needed 18 boards at over $8 a piece. Was I expected to come purchase 5 boards a day? I couldn't believe that this guy had me get all the boards and then only cut 5. What a disappointment.
