  A shout out to Steven H. in Flooring/Tile at the Sugarland location! On Aug.12th, I was at Lowe's in Sugarland. It was my 4th Lowe's looking for several additional pieces of a decorative tile to accomplish a small job at our beach house. My heart was set on the tile and I was hopeful I would find it at your store. The other stores indicated inventory but no one could find the product. Computer showed you all had the required number in inventory. It was a clearance item. Steve patiently searched all the stacks and even the storeroom, but was unable to locate the pieces. He then suggested we look for an alternate tile, With his help, I purchased a comparable design at my price point. Steve loaded it into my car and helped me return the other boxes of tile I had previously purchased. Steve demonstrated excellent customer service and certainly left me with a good impression of your store! All the best to Steve. Thank you. Barbara

  August 22, 2026 9:50am i had the worst customer service ever with the assistant manager Apalonia, Very rude, horrible customer service. I just had brain surgery and I am disabled. Lowes was having an event all I asked if there was already 150 people in line, i didnt want to wait in line since

  The employee AL is wonderful and super helpful. He helped me to find what I was looking for and stayed with me until I found all what I needed . He’s amazing and we all need people like him when we go to the stores and need some help

  Terrible flooring experience with Lowe’s and service pro I am extremely disappointed with the flooring installation service provided through Lowe’s and their contractor, Service Pro. This has been one of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, the crew showed very little respect for my property. The way the work area and my home were handled was completely unacceptable. Professional contractors should treat a customer’s home with care and respect, but that was clearly lacking here. When contacted Lowe’s instead of helping us they partnered in this insult. Even more frustrating, in the middle of the project, the contractor wanted to reschedule the remaining work, despite the project already being underway. This caused unnecessary disruption, inconvenience, and frustration. If a contractor commits to a project and starts the installation, customers should be able to expect the work to be completed professionally and according to the agreed schedule. I chose Lowe’s expecting a reputable company with reliable contractor services. Unfortunately, the experience with Lowe’s and Service Pro fell far below that expectation. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Lowe’s for flooring installation to think twice and carefully investigate who will actually be doing the work. Poor communication, lack of respect for the property, and attempting to change the schedule in the middle of the project are simply not acceptable. Very disappointing experience from both Lowe’s and their contractor service.

  Not sure why I gave this store another chance…We’re in the process of moving (VERY stressful) and on top of that, I broke my foot. I placed an order through curbside a few weeks ago. I checked in over the phone (of course the automated system and not a live person, after no one picked up the phone) but after 30 minutes, no one came. I waited ANOTHER 30 minutes since it was raining, and still no one. I ended up pulling the car right in front of the store and walked in. Jaidyn at customer service was very nice and apologetic-She had someone bring my items to my car. Still, curbside was nonexistent and I had to walk on my broken foot that I’m not allowed to put weight on, in the rain… I decided to try curbside again. I placed the order early this afternoon but I wasn’t able to come pick it up until the evening. When I tried to check in over the phone, the automated system said it was a pick up from store and not curbside-Sounds like someone had changed it…??? At least call or inform me that if I don’t pick it up within a certain timeframe, then I have to go inside the store-Which makes no sense since I see a bunch of employees around not doing much of anything… AGAIN, I pulled my car and parked right in front of the store and went inside. I explained at the front counter that the order looks like it was changed to pick up… Some older woman with glasses and short white curly hair just pointed up front and told me the pick up is “over there”. I told her and the other associate that someone needs to bring it to me, I have a broken foot and I can’t put weight on it. She walked away, muttering something about being after 6..??? And??? So then inform me of that, then…I didn’t pay her any mind, but she walked away after I told them to bring me my items… The associate at the register was very nice and understanding, I didn’t get her name, she was a younger Hispanic woman….A man brought my items to my car and was also very apologetic. They say they offer curbside but it’s nonexistent, as another individual commented on his own review. No one answers the phone and therefore, no one wants to work. It won’t be long before this store shuts down, so good riddance ✌🏻 ✌🏻
